✔️ Each product has its own questions you need to answer – like number, colour, and size.
✔️ Some fields are optional (like special requests – no stress if you leave them blank).
✔️ The important ones must be filled in, or your cart will throw a mini toddler tantrum
and won’t let you check out.

🕒 9:30 am – 2:00 pm – School Hours (perfect for dodging the morning chaos)
🕒 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Afternoon Flex (great for after school or after work)
🕒 9:00 pm – 12:00 am – Late Night Pre-Book (balloon ninjas welcome)
✔️ I aim to deliver within 1 hour either side of your chosen time.
📍 If You’ve Chosen Pick-Up:
✔️ Pick-up is from National Storage Campbelltown.
✔️ You’ll see your pick-up instructions at checkout.
✔️ During Office Hours:
Walk in, grab your balloons, you’re done – no drama.
✔️ After Hours:
Head to National Storage, text me when you arrive.
I’ll send you the next step for a smooth handover (no secret codes, just quick and easy).

✔️ You’ll get an email confirmation straight after you place your order (check your junk folder if it’s playing hide-and-seek).
✔️ You’ll also get order status updates so you always know where your balloons are at.
✔️ I’ll handle the rest – whether it’s prepping for delivery or getting your pick-up ready.

If your cart’s having a meltdown, it’s probably because you missed a required field (like colour, number, or size).

👉 Problem 5: I Made a Mistake
✔️ No biggie (if we’re quick).

Text me ASAP. If I haven’t started prepping, we can fix it. Once I’m in balloon mode, though, we can’t hit undo.
👉 Problem 6: My Postcode Isn’t Working
✔️ Might be outside my delivery zones.

Double-check the delivery suburbs, or text me to see if we can make it work. Some postcodes are tricky, but I’ll try for you.
