Delivery Terms and conditions:

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the correct information was given prior to checkout, however, here at Glitz N Twists we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us,

if you forgot to fill in the form or need to change your delivery information we can be contacted on 0423 374 099


Delivery Day & Time :



For orders over $80.00

For orders under $80.00 a delivery fee will be charged

Orders need to be placed by 9 pm, times are subject to availability 

Note orders placed after 9pm might be delayed due to pervious bookings

We cannot offer specific delivery times but will endeavor to fit into your schedule where possible.

We do deliver 7 days a week but weekends are busiest so please get orders in early for those days


we will contact you before delivery, to notify you of your time slot. and confirm your delivery information,  Please make someone available to accept the delivery.


What if the recipient isn't available?

If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery we will call you for instructions. Should we not be able to get in contact with you after two attempts, our delivery driver will leave the balloons

bagged and secured, Glitz N Twists accepts no responsibility for the deterioration of balloon goods left unattended due to no-one being available to accept the delivery, a recall fee of $20 will be charged if you would require us to re-deliver


Unforeseeable Circumstances:

Glitz N Twists do to not have control over the temperature, environment weather changes that the balloons are dropped off to, Glitz N Twists are not responsible for the balloons once delivery has taken place.

Climate fluctuations in homes and public venues can have an impact on the pressure inside the balloons. We will, of course, aim to do everything to make sure that your balloons stay inflated for as long as possible.

We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late, including but not exclusive to strikes, natural disasters, traffic incidents, traffic delays &  any other Circumstances beyond our control, however, we will endeavour to help where and when possible.


All Artists have Public Liability Insurance and Working with Children’s Checks, proof can be provided upon request.

Returns and refunds

Should you purchase an item through our website by mistake or change your mind, Glitz N Twists will be happy to refund you the purchase price in full, however, your refund request must be made prior to 9 am the day before the delivery date. as we can't refund stock that has been inflate.

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched. Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation is completed. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late, including strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control- however we will always work hard to ensure our clients are fully satisfied.

We do not take responsibility for balloon poppage due to rough handling, changes in temperature or exposure to elements once delivery has taken place, however if there are any issues with your balloons, please call us on 0423 374 099  In order to process a refund, balloons must be returned to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
