🎒 School Hours Run: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
🎈 Afternoon Flex Run: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM

✔️ We aim to deliver within 1 hour either side of your selected time.
✔️ Someone must be home or there must be a safe tie-off spot (fence, gate, or post).

👉 Not home? No worries — your balloons are always bagged and safely dropped.

— delivered between 3:00 AM – 4:30 AM.

✔️ Must order 1 day ahead.
✔️ Minimum spend: $100.
✔️ Must have a safe tie-off spot — no doorbell ringing, because ninjas don’t knock.

👉 Limited spots available each morning – blink and you’ll miss them!

• Zone 1: Free over $50 / $8 under $50

📦 Unattended Deliveries

Your balloons are always bagged and safely dropped.

👉 After that, we vanish — ninja style. Fast, silent, no trace.

Once we’ve delivered, they’re your responsibility.
We can’t guarantee how they’ll hold up if they’re left in the sun, in the wind, or in the path of curious kids and pets.

Need us to come back? Re-delivery is $20.
(Balloon panic happens — we get it.)

🛍️ Pick Up Info

Pick ups are booked at checkout — you choose the time and date, just like a delivery.

✔️ Pick up location:
National Storage, Campbelltown (full address provided at checkout and in your order confirmation).

✔️ Two pick up options:

• Office hours: Pick up from the National Storage front desk.

• After hours: Wait in the car park — we’ll swoop in ninja style and bring it straight to you.

✔️ Pick ups are available 7 days a week.
✔️ We’ll only contact you if there’s a timing clash — no news means you’re all set.

👉 We’re not a shopfront — no walk-ins, no browsing, no “just passing by.” We’re a balloon-on-the-go biz.
