Same-day orders are based on stock on hand.
If your exact colour, number or design is unavailable, we’ll try to contact you with substitute options first.
If we can’t reach you in time, we’ll send the closest suitable substitute available so your order can still go out on time.
DELIVERY TIMES
✔️ We aim to deliver within one hour either side of your selected time.
✔️ Someone must be home, or you must have a safe tie-off spot such as a fence, gate or post — you get the vibe.
👉 Not home? No worries. Your balloons are always bagged and safely dropped.
✔️ Need us to come back? Re-delivery is $20 — because life happens.
📦 UNATTENDED DELIVERIES
Your balloons are always bagged and safely dropped — then we vanish, ninja style.
Fast, silent, no trace.
👉 Once your balloons have been safely delivered, they become your responsibility.
We can’t guarantee how they’ll hold up in direct sun, wind, rain or the path of curious kids and pets.
✔️ Need us to come back? Re-delivery is $20.

Pick-ups are available six days a week:
Monday–Friday: 8 am–5 pm
Saturday: 9 am–2 pm
Sunday: Closed
✔️ Pick-ups must be booked at checkout. You’ll choose your preferred date and time when ordering.

Council boundaries and postcode boundaries don’t always match real mum-drive time.
Our zones are based on normal travel time from Campbelltown and are set using whole postcodes.
Some postcodes cover both close and farther suburbs, so a few outlying suburbs may receive the same delivery fee as their closer neighbours.
