Same-day orders are based on stock on hand.
If your exact colour, number or design is unavailable,
we’ll try to contact you with substitute options first.
If we can’t reach you in time,
we’ll send the closest suitable substitute available so your order can still go out on time.
Delivery Times
✔️ We aim to deliver within 1 hour either side of your selected time.
✔️ Someone must be home or you must have a safe tie-off spot (fence, gate, post — you get the vibe).
👉 Not home? No worries — your balloons are always bagged and safely dropped.
✔️ Need us to come back? Re-delivery is $20.- Because life happens.
📦 Unattended Deliveries
Your balloons are always bagged and safely dropped — then we vanish, ninja style.
Fast, silent, no trace.
👉 After that, they’re your responsibility.
We can’t guarantee how they’ll hold up in the sun, wind, or the path of curious kids and pets.
