🚚 Delivery Info

Free Local Delivery (Zone 1 Only)

✔️ Orders over $50 = FREE delivery in Zone 1.
✔️ Orders under $50 = $8 delivery fee in Zone 1.
✔️ Zone 2: Flat $10 delivery fee.
✔️ Zone 3: Flat $20 delivery fee.

No free delivery outside Zone 1 — sorry, I can’t drive to the moon.

Next Day Delivery

✔️ Orders must be placed by 9 PM the night before.
✔️ Missed the cut-off?
Text me! If I can squeeze you in, I will —

I get it, mum life is full of last-minute saves.

Same Day Delivery

✔️  Text me on 0431 648 823 before 10 AM to check if I can squeeze you in —

texts get through the chaos way faster than emails or DM.

⏰ Delivery Windows

✔️ VIP Pre-Book: 3:00 AM – 4:30 AM
✔️ School Hours: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
✔️ Afternoon Flex: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
✔️ Late Night Pre-Book: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM

👉 You pick your preferred delivery window at checkout.
👉 I aim to deliver within
1 hour either side of your selected time.
Example: Pick 10 AM? I might rock up between 9 AM – 11 AM.

👉 Weekends are a balloon battlefield — get your orders in early!

👉 All updates come via email. I don’t usually text unless I really need to

(because I’m already juggling balloons and tiny humans).
👉 No email? Check your spam folder — sometimes our emails hide better than a toddler with snacks. If it’s not there, text me and I’ll sort it.

 

🎈 If You’re Not Home

✔️ I’ll try calling you (twice).
✔️ If I can’t reach you, I’ll leave your balloons bagged in a safe spot

Once they’re dropped, they’re in your care — I can’t control the sun, wind, pets, or snack-hunting toddlers.

Need me to come back? $20 re-delivery fee applies

When a $20 Re-Delivery Fee Will Apply:

✔️ No one’s home when I arrive — I’m good, but I’m not psychic.
✔️ I’ve called (twice) and you’ve gone MIA.
✔️ There’s nowhere safe to leave your balloons — I can’t leave them floating on the driveway.
✔️ You gave the wrong delivery address — balloons can’t find their own way.
✔️ You’ve asked me to come back later — I don’t do U-turns for free.

✔️ I can’t access the delivery spot — locked gates, barking dogs, or surprise roadblocks.

 

🌧️ Weather & Wild Stuff

Balloons are drama queens — they don’t love heat, wind, or air con.

Once delivered or picked up, they’re all yours.

Traffic, storms, and life stuff may delay me sometimes —

But I’ll always do my best to get your order to you on time.

 

🎉 Pick-Up Info

✔️ Pick-up is from National Storage Campbelltown (Blaxland Road entrance).

✔️ Available 7 days a week by arrangement (just not public holidays).

✔️ All pick-up instructions will be provided on your order confirmation email — I don’t text pick-up details.

✔️ Running late? Text me!
✔️ Once you’ve picked up your balloons, they’re your responsibility. Keep them cool, safe, and away from kids with sharp objects.

 

🔄 Changing Your Order

✔️ Need to change something? No problem if you catch me before I start prepping or inflating.

✔️ If I’ve already started or packed your order — I can still help, but extra fees may apply.

✔️ The sooner you tell me, the more I can do.

 

📋 Safety & Insurance

✔️ I hold Public Liability Insurance.
✔️ I have a Working with Children Check.
✔️ Proof available if you’d like to see it.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the best-laid plans can turn a party into a circus – and we totally get it.

🚨 Cancellations

✔️ Need to cancel? Life happens – text me ASAP on 0431 648 823.

✔️ Cancel before 9 AM the day before your delivery?
I can sort you out with a refund or store credit – we’ll chat about what works best.

✔️ Cancel after 9 AM the day before delivery?
By then, your order’s probably in the works, the prep’s underway, and once we’re party-ready, there’s no rewind button. Thanks for understanding!

✔️ Once your order’s out the door, it’s go-time – no changes or last-minute switches.

✔️ Balloons can’t usually be redirected once they’re out for delivery — unless the new drop-off is very close to the original address.
If I can manage a quick detour, a re-delivery fee may apply.

✔️ Missed pick-up? No refund – but if the stars align (and my mum schedule allows),

we might be able to sort a new pick-up time. A re-booking fee may apply.

 

💸 Refunds

✔️ Changed your mind? Let me know before 9 AM the day before delivery and we can arrange a refund or store credit.

✔️ Heads up: Refunds aren’t always cash-back.
Sometimes it’s store credit – I’m a small biz, and sometimes the money’s already tied up in other party magic – but I’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.

✔️ If something’s not right: Snap some photos and send them to me – no need to return the balloons (no one’s got time for that).

✔️ Once I’ve checked the pics, I’ll sort your refund or store credit.

✔️ Refunds hit your account as soon as your bank allows.

✔️ Shipping costs for returned items are yours to cover.

✔️ Shipping fees aren’t refundable.

✔️ Balloons must be returned (or photos provided) to process a refund.

💸 What We Can Refund

✔️ Orders cancelled before 9 AM the day before delivery.

✔️ Orders that have a genuine issue – photos required.

✔️ Returned items (if I request them – but most of the time, photos are fine).

✔️ Refunds provided as store credit or refund to original payment (we’ll chat about the best option)

🚫 What We Can’t Refund

✔️ Orders that are already being prepped or packed (even if balloons aren’t inflated yet).

✔️ Balloons popped by heat, wind, pets, rough handling, or pokey little fingers.

✔️ Orders delayed by traffic, storms, strikes, or surprise toddler meltdowns.

✔️ Missed pick-ups.

✔️ Balloons once they’ve been delivered – they’re your responsibility from that moment.

✔️ Shipping fees and return shipping costs.

But if something’s genuinely wrong? Text me – I’ll always try to help.

Custom Orders – Cancellation

✔️ Special orders = special parts.

Once your order is in, I usually buy parts just for you – those costs can’t be reversed.

✔️ You can cancel anytime, but a full refund isn’t possible.

✔️ Store credit or a partial refund (after deducting what’s already been spent) will be offered.

✔️ Same-day and next-day custom orders can’t be cancelled, but postponement might be possible if you contact me ASAP.

✔️ Change of mind? No cash refunds – store credit or partial refund applies.

✔️ Custom orders are made just for you and can’t be resold.

✔️ Thanks so much for understanding – I’ll always do my best to help where I can!

📦 Return Shipping

✔️ If anything ever needs to be returned (super rare), return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.

✔️ Most of the time, photos are all I need to sort things out quickly.
