Terms & Conditions

Corporate Events
Travel Fees May Apply:​

Venues located 20 mins drive or Less from Woodberry NSW, 2322 travel inc in Party Packages Prices

  • $10 extra for venues 25 - 30 minutes  from Woodberry 

  • $20 extra for venues 35 -40 minutes  from Woodberry

  • $30 extra for venues 45 - 50 minutes from Woodberry

  • A flat rate of $80 for Venues 55+ minutes from Woodberry

Minimum Booking

Venues located 40+ mins from Woodberry require a minimum booking of 2 hours.

​

Booking & Cancellation Policy​​

  • A 50% security deposit is required, to secure your chosen time & date​.

  • 50% security deposit, will be retained in the case of cancellation if the event is cancelled within 14 days, for any reason after booking confirmation (security deposit received).

  • 100% of Party Fee applies if less than 24hrs notice given prior to Party date.

  • If the security deposit is not received at least 2 weeks, after receiving invoice, Glitz N Twists reserves the right to cancel your booking and open up the spot to other potential costumers.

  • Bookings Date and Time must be confirmed by Glitz N Twists via Email or SMS, otherwise subject to availability until confirmed (confirmation will be given upon receiving security deposit).

  • Any last-minute changes to Time, Date or Venue with less than 2 weeks prior notice to the event will inure Fees and Charges.

  • If the security deposit is not received at least 2 weeks, after receiving this form. Glitz N Twists reserves the right to cancel your booking and open up the spot to other potential costumers.

  • Security Deposit can be transferred to a new date and time with enough notice, if our availability permits, we will endeavour to do everything within our power to help if this situation arises.

  • Please make alternative arrangements for poor weather, as no transfers are available with late notice. Cancellations due to poor weather will incur cancellation fees.

  • If for any Reason, Terms & Conditions are not adhered to, and situations is unable to be resolved, Glitz N Twists reserves the right to leave the Event and 100% of Booking fees will apply.

Gazebo Use & Weather Conditions

  • Shelter or Gazebo exclusive for our entertainers to be provided otherwise, a $50 hire charge of our Gazebo/Umbrella will incur (shade under a tree is not sufficient to protect entertainers or clients from UV rays or poor weather)

  • If unsure about shelter provided please feel free to call us, for clarification.​

  • Please make alternative arrangements for poor weather, as no fee transfers are available with late notice. cancellations due to poor weather will incur cancellation fees

 
​Overtime

  • If our entertainers go overtime, due to there being more guests than specified for your chosen package, the rate is charged at $15 per extra guest.

  • At Events, Glitz N Twists Entertainers, reserve the right to take a short refreshment or comfort break, we will endeavour to keep disruption to services to a minimum.

 
Insurance

All Artists have Public Liability Insurance and Working with Children’s Checks, proof can be provided upon request.

Age restrictions

  • Our services have an age restriction. This is partly due to the products used during the services, manufactures of our products place age restrictions on their products for a number of reasons and it's our job as responsible business owners to follow their guidelines.

  • We also place age restrictions our servers, for insurance purposes. we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  • A responsible an adult must be in attendance at all times, the artist is not liable for the supervision of children.

Queues

  • Queue times may be affected by customers not ready for services or not knowing what they want, or getting distracted by other things at the event, we will always do our best to get through as many customers within the allotted time booked, but please be aware we normally have multiple booking on any given day may not be able to stay for overtime. We ask for your understanding at these times to make sure all goes smoothly and overtime is not required saving you money.

  • We at Glitz N Twists will try to endeavour to serve 15-20 people in 1hr/per artist. This is 1 person every 3-4 minutes. We recommend that you book more time for larger volume events, please indicate

  • you need extra artists or ask about what services may better suit your needs.

  • If you fail to book appropriate time or artists then an extra charge will incur of $50/30 mins overtime/per service/artist.

  • To help with queue times, we provide design choice boards, are used at high volume events to maximum efficiency but also to help customers with product choice.

Private Parties

  • For Parties, longer than 2 hours Glitz N Twists reserve the right to take a short refreshment or comfort break. We will endeavour to keep disruption to services to a minimum.

  • Uninvited Guests show up and want to join in the fun, we know that sometimes this happens and cannot be helped. However, we can't always accommodate Uninvited Guests. We will, of course, try to do so in booking time allocated, but we will have to consult party host as overtime may be required and charges will apply.

Children's Parties

  • When booking for a children’s party, please ensure all parents are aware in advance that an Entertainer/s will be onsite, especially when parents/guardians are unlikely to be present.

Photos

Please let them know pictures may be taken of their children and placed on our website. If they don't wish for their children to be included in pictures they can let us know at the end of the party or contact us, via our Facebook page and we will remove the pictures ASAP.
