I ordered balloons on Friday evening for a Saturday afternoon delivery for my daughters 3rd birthday on Sunday - I like to leave balloons for her to wake up to. The customer service was wonderful. I asked for a text to be sent on arrival so I could sneak in the balloons without my children seeing which they did. The balloons were perfect. They didn't have a particular style so I got a phone call and they upgraded the balloon to match the theme which was more in price. I was happy to pay the difference but Glitz N Twists didn't charge me. The balloons looked beautiful.
