Cancellation Policy

PARTY CANCELLATIONS Cancellations within 14 days of your event your $50.00 non refundable deposit will be kept by Glitz N Twists All other payments taken prior to Party will be accessed on a case by case basis at the time of cancelation & a refund or credit note will be offered. EVENT CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 14 days of your event your $100.00 non refundable deposit will be kept by Glitz N Twists if your booking is with 2 or more entertainers booked during peak hours (10am-2pm) Incur a 50% cancellation fee. Not negotiable. All other payments taken prior to Event will be accessed on a case by case basis at the time of cancelation & a refund or credit note will be offered. OVER TIME If our ENTERTAINERS goes overtime due to there being more people than specified for your chosen package - the rate is charged at $10 per 15 minutes overtime & a invoice will be sent for payment.
