Booking Information:
Prices are per artist, per service.
Bookings are charged in full-hour blocks.
Over 100 participants: Minimum 3 hours or additional artists by arrangement.
Outdoor bubbles are weather-dependent.

Entertainment Travel Fees 🚗
Travel fees apply per artist booked and are calculated from Campbelltown to your event location.
Up to 15 minutes — FREE
16–25 minutes — $20
26–35 minutes — $35
36–45 minutes — $50
Over 45 minutes — Custom quote
Additional parking or toll costs may apply.
Please note: These fees apply to entertainment services only. Balloon deliveries and installations are charged separately under our balloon delivery and installation pricing.
Before You Book
A few things to know before we bring the fun to your event!
🎨 Face Painting & Balloon Twisting
Space:
2m × 2m per artist, or a shared 3m × 3m space for two artists.
Location:
Indoor or outdoor events welcome.
Shelter:
Outdoor setups must have protection from sun, wind and rain.
Water:
Access to clean water is required for face painting.
Queues:
Please allow space for guests to line up safely.🫧 Outdoor Bubble Entertainment
Space:
A large, flat outdoor area, preferably grassed, away from roads and busy walkways.
Water:
Access to clean water is required.
Safety:
Bubble solution can make surfaces slippery.
Weather:
Rain, strong winds or extreme heat may affect activities.
Supervision:
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.⏰ Service Times & Breaks
Entertainment runs during your confirmed booking times. Please allow setup time beforehand.
Short comfort and hydration breaks may be taken as needed.
With multiple artists, we aim to stagger breaks to keep entertainment running.
Queues may close early to finish on time.
Overtime is subject to availability and charged separately, with invoices payable within 7 days.

Whether it's on your end or ours, sometimes plans need to change.
Rescheduling:
We'll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
Service Switching:
If unexpected circumstances affect your booked entertainment, we may offer an alternative artist or service to avoid cancelling your event.
Communication:
We'll contact you before your event whenever possible. For last-minute emergencies, we may send a replacement artist.
Cancellations:
You can decline an alternative service. Our last-minute cancellation policy will apply, including forfeiture of your deposit.📋 How to Book

We'll check availability and provide a quote, including any travel fees or optional extras.
Confirm your booking and arrange your deposit to secure your date.
A Few Extras to Know
Events expecting over 100 participants may require a minimum 3-hour booking or additional artists.
Gazebo hire and queue management assistance are available at additional cost.
Event organisers are responsible for child supervision and queue management unless otherwise arranged.
