For home deliveries, please be home or have a safe place we can tie the balloons.
For venue deliveries, please let the staff know to expect us and include any access instructions with your order.
Once your balloons have been safely delivered or left at your nominated spot, they become your responsibility.
For same-day orders, if we can’t reach you about a substitution, we’ll send the closest suitable option so your order can still go out on time.

Installation & Hire
The big party look is set up for you.
Installation means we deliver your balloons and professionally set everything up at your home, workplace or venue.
Hire means your setup includes equipment such as frames, backdrops or plinths, which we will return to collect after your event.
All charges are included in your order and are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase — there are no hidden costs.
