Returning Your Hire Items

Self-return is FREE.

Hire items can be returned to National Storage Campbelltown, Blaxland Road, Campbelltown, during office hours.

Please call us before returning your items so we can coordinate with the storage staff and make sure someone is available to accept your return. Hire items cannot simply be left at the facility.

Prefer us to collect?

Select the $35 Hire Item Collection option at checkout, and we’ll collect your hire items after your event.

The $35 collection fee is per order, not per item — so if you have multiple hire items in the same booking, you only need to select it once.

Delivery or pickup for your booking is selected at checkout.

A Little Note About Hire Items

Our frames and props are well-loved hire pieces that get to celebrate again and again! We do our best to keep them looking their best; however, as with any hire item, you may notice the occasional small mark, ding or chip from normal use.

These are usually hidden once your sign and balloons are in place and won’t take away from the finished setup.
